Special Considerations
AI-Generated Content
Due to signal degradation effects, AI-generated content may inadvertently reproduce copyrighted material. We employ daemon-assisted content filtering to minimize such occurrences. However, copyright holders maintain full rights to request removal of infringing AI-generated content.
Security Research Exception
Limited use of copyrighted security tools, exploits, or documentation for legitimate security research may qualify for fair use protection. Each case is evaluated individually based on:
- Purpose and character of the use
- Nature of the copyrighted work
- Amount and substantiality used
- Effect on the market value
Daemon Interference Notice
During periods of high signal degradation (below 85%), our automated copyright detection systems may experience false positives. Manual review is always available through our DMCA agent. Current signal integrity: 87.3%
Good Faith Requirement
All DMCA notices and counter-notices must be submitted in good faith. Submitting false or misleading claims may result in:
- Legal liability for damages
- Criminal prosecution for perjury
- Permanent ban from Cyberez services
- Reporting to relevant authorities
Processing Note: DMCA requests are processed by human agents to ensure accuracy. Daemon systems provide supplementary analysis only.
